Earlier this year my friend Neila was victim of a SCAM call, long story short they stole ALL her lifetime savings in just a few minutes, she couldn't do nothing, went to the police, etc... they couldn't help, she lost everything!
That's when as a friend had the urge to do something to help her, I was thinking what I could do to help her in some way and it was the time this tape came up to my mind, I hit my friend @KrisBlade and mentioned him about the idea, he said he was down and willing to do anything to help Neila, so we worked on this mixtape and all the proceeds collected are going to help her.
A few months ago Neila sent me a mystery box full of blank tapes, Norelco boxes, a cassette duplicator and other cool stuff, I was going through all the stuff she sent me when an old tape caught my attention, somehow I knew that tape had something recorded in it so I decided to throw it into my tape deck and what I found was a great surprise, it was this mixtape she did back in 2002 under her alias DJ Namuh, the mixtape was recorded on her TASCAM 4-Track from different sources, so I decided to digitize the tape and level up the volume, apply some EQ and compression to get it sound better for my own pleasure.
Tapes are going to be sold for $10 but with the option for you guys to donate as much as you want, so I am extending the opportunity for you guys to help even more, if you get the tape for $10 you are already helping us, but if you can do more please do, life is a circle and you never know when you might need some help from your friends.
About the tape is a 62 minutes mixtape of what I assume was the music she was playing back in 2002, you can hear her voice at the beginning and the end of the tape.
Side A will be available for FREE digital download
Side B will be available only on tape version, I encourage you all to help me help Neila, you will get an amazing mixtape for your collection and the satisfaction you did something good for another human today.
If you are not into tapes you can still help by downloading the Side A and use the option to pay for the digital download, you can donate starting at $1, so anything will help.
